The Difference Between a Bot and an Agent

Most companies are building the wrong one. Here's why it matters.

Placeholder article body — replace with your published writing before going live.

This is placeholder body copy for the article. It exists so the route resolves cleanly and the layout can be reviewed — including type rhythm, line length, and how the header reads against a long-form read.

Replace this with the actual piece when it's written. Each article in app/resources/resources.ts already has a unique slug — when the long-form copy is ready, swap the placeholder for a real body and the URL stays the same.

A section heading

Body paragraphs sit at a comfortable measure — around 65 characters per line — so the eye doesn't get tired on long reads. Headings step down cleanly from the hero size to article-body size.

Inline elements like internal links, bold, and italic keep their natural prominence without overpowering the paragraph rhythm.

A sub-section

  • Lists render with brand-accented markers.
  • Spacing matches the surrounding paragraph rhythm.
  • Replace with real bullets when the article ships.
Pull-quotes use a brand-tinted border and italic body — the same treatment we use on the long-form essays once they're published.

When the real piece is ready, this whole region gets replaced — header above stays, the layout below ships as-is.
