When you contact us or sign up for the newsletter, we collect the information you give us — typically your name, work email, company, and the details of what you're trying to solve. We do not collect special-category personal data through this site.
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, schedule a call, and — if you opt in — share periodic writing on AI, automation, and operations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Submitted briefs and email exchanges live in our internal systems (currently Google Workspace and HubSpot). Access is limited to the team members who need it to do their jobs. We retain enquiry records for as long as the working relationship — or its possibility — is active.
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people find useful. No personal identifiers are stored alongside that data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, correct it, or request that we delete it. Email privacy@nlintel.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and note the revision date below. Material changes that affect existing enquirers will be communicated by email.
