OSIRIS FINAL DAY OF CAKE AND TAKING

Day, three was interesting. We were on hold for almost the entire day. At the end of it, the crew decided to split the money and have a game of skate. The crowds held out to watch the pros have a game of skate under the cover of a make-shift tarp set up. Unfortunately Corey frigged his ankle up during the game of skate.
He wrapped it up and hung out regardless.
All in all it was a long wet day.
Corey did a TV spot for a children's food drive
Tarps came on and off a few times throughout the day.

OSIRIS TAKES SOME MORE CAKE

The official day #1 of Take The Cake was beautiful. the sun was out and so were thousands….ok maybe hundreds of skaters. The am contest was pretty hectic. Our boy Mitch Barrette was able to jump into the final but didn’t make the top three. Whatever. Mitch killed it.
They ended up running the entire AM contest today. The winner was a total unknown, John Constantino. He narrowly beat out Micky Papa. tomorrow john skates against the big boys. That is unless it rains. In that case john would be watching TV in his hotel room.
The course was angry that day!

Grabbed Corey and Ariel Stagni In T.O. after a quick interview at SBC. Look out for Corey on their site soon. The three of us stopped at the new park in Hamilton. That park is sick!
We checked into our hotel and then checked the course. It’s a smash and grab for sure. Later on Mitch Barrette showed up. We’ll see Mitch in the AM contest tomorrow. for now…photos
