Famous @ ASR takes the High Ollie Contest

2 years in a row Famous has taken the ASR High Ollie top honors with help from Luis Tolentino and his mad-ups. Darren Harper, Kurtis, and Felix were all out to represent of course…but Luis shines brightest and takes home $1500…which was promptly spent that night i’m sure. Will it be a 3-peat in January 2010?
…we’ll see…

Our Sessions/Reef /Famous brand manager JS was on a recent trip to Russia scouting Vodka manufacturers. He found this high-way barrier. Shit house!! some Russian designer has skateboarding corsing through his veins and he doesn’t even know it.

Obey Glow in the Dark Tee’s – Super Ink coming soon…….

The crew at OBEY has been working on an exclusive project with glow in the dark inks. Be on the look out for this super ink because it will glow for up to four hours with just a few minutes of exposure to either natural light or artificial light. These tees not only glow for hours but also emit a much stronger glow than you would see from a tee that had some glow ink on it.
Its crazy cause these tees look like regular white ink when you see them printed, but when you turn off the lights they either glow florescent green or florescent blue depending on the design that you choose.

Just got this one from my homie Dustin a.k.a Dizzy from the GOODBYE BEATDOWN camp. Have a read below and head on through to check out their first arena show.
“This Saturday September 19th, GOODBYE BEATDOWN will be joining forces with the band FINGER ELEVEN at this years Dis-Orientation for the UFV. This will be our First Arena show and it should be a great one !!! It will be held at the new Abbotsford Sports Center, Doors @ 7pm. Hope to see you locs there !!!”
